  • Business days are Monday-Friday (Federal holidays are not business days.)

  • All ready to ship units are shipped within 1-3 business day(s). 

  • All custom units are shipped within 6-7 weeks (business days only). 

  • Bundles and Non-Lace Products are shipped within 14 business days.

  • Processing time does not begin until authorization form is completed.

  • Allow 24-48 hours after receiving tracking, for tracking to update.

  • After shipment, expect delivery in 2-5 business days.
