Shipping
- Business days are Monday-Friday (Federal holidays are not business days.)
- All ready to ship units are shipped within 1-3 business day(s).Â
- All custom units are shipped within 6-7 weeks (business days only). ​
- Bundles and Non-Lace Products are shipped within 11 business days.​
- Processing time does not begin until authorization form is completed.
- Allow 24-48 hours after receiving tracking, for tracking to update.
- After shipment, expect delivery in 2-5 business days.
- While we strive to ship all orders on time, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. In the rare event of a shipping delay, we will keep you informed with updates and ensure your order ships as soon as possible.
​What Are Business Days?
When we state that shipping takes 4-5 weeks (business days only), it’s important to understand how business days are counted:
- Business Days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Unlike a standard calendar week of 7 days, a business week consists of 5 business days (Monday through Friday). However, to avoid confusion, we calculate 1 week only after a full 7 business days have passed.
​Double check your email address is correct in order to receive order confirmation, tracking number and all corresponding information to that correct email. ​​​
Duties, Fees, and Taxes​
Customers are responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes on international shipments, which are not included in the product price or shipping costs. Payment of these charges may be required by customs before package delivery. We provide all necessary documentation for customs clearance, but it's important to ensure accurate information during checkout. Since regulations vary by country, please check with local authorities for specific charges. By placing an order, you accept responsibility for any applicable duties, fees, or taxes.
​Refunds or Exchanges
​We aim to deliver effective and outstanding customer service to each and every one of our clients. All purchases are FINAL SALE because of the custom nature of the wigs, time it takes, and sanitization purposes. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped—no refunds or exchanges. However, if a mistake occurs on our end, we offer up to 14 days for an exchange or immediate alterations for incorrect details only. The item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition for eligibility. Once item has been altered or worn, we cannot resell the items.
If, by rare chance, you happen to receive an incorrect package, we are happy to accept the hair back in exchange for the correct order. The merchandise must remain unaltered and in the same condition as received. It must be unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please provide proof of purchase. Returns will be declined if the items are not in their original condition.
$150 fee for unsigned, returned packages or packages that have been refused by receiver.
​Ready to Ship Wigs
​All ready to ship wigs come just as they are pictured and described. Please do not request any changes. Ensure that the size stated in the description is your correct wig sizing.Â
​Custom Wigs
Custom wigs are units that are NOT ready to ship. These wigs can be ordered through the Custom Wig tab and slots are usually open every restock. At that time, any unit on the site can be ordered and customized to your standard cap size. Length, lace size, and parting are all options that can be chosen when ordering a custom unit. To request any other changes such as colors or cuts, please message me FIRST before ordering, for a consultation. Please do not forget to specify your wig cap size in the notes section located in your cart!
​Wig Sizing
​All units construction are pre-made by our supplier meaning that wig sizing is standard. Only standard sizes x-small, small, medium, and large(XS, S, M, L) are offered. We do not offer custom measurements such as custom nape, ear to ear, temple, etc. Please be sure to measure your circumference, to determine your head size. Below are the standard measurements for sizes S, M, L. If your measurements do not fall within this chart and the wig you ordered does not fit, we are not liable. Ensure to measure your head with the style you will have under your wig (ex: cornrows).
Order Authorization Form
To protect this business from fraudulent charges and activity, all orders, except digital product purchases, from this website, and purchases from TressesxHara is REQUIRED that the order authorization form be fully completed within 24 hours to avoid order delay/cancellation. No information is ever shared under any circumstance, except on the behalf of legal intent. Information requested on the order authorization form is only to confirm and match order information as our website already provides TressesxHara this basic customer information (shipping name, shipping address, name on card and last 4 digits of card used.)
All other information not requested is not needed and may be marked out or covered to your desire. If the order has been placed with the vendor, no refunds can be given, if a wig authorization form is not submitted after attempts to reach you after 24 hours, your order cannot be shipped until the form is completed. Order cancellations due to incomplete authorizations forms will be refunded, with a fee of 2.9% + $0.30, 24 hours after second attempt to reach you. International orders is a fee of 3.4% + $0.30. This consist of the fees that come with processing a refund.
