1. How do I purchase a wig?

Wigs are only available online during scheduled ready to ship restocks.

2. When is the next restock?

Restocks are announced 1–2 weeks in advance via email and pinned on social media. The date will also be added to our bio when available.

3. How often do you restock?

Ready to ship restocks typically take place once a month unless announced otherwise.

4. How long is shipping?

Ready-to-Ship: 1–3 business days
Lace-Free Collection: 7–12 business days
VIP Customs: 4–5 weeks

Delivery is an additional 2–5 business days.

5. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

6. Are your wigs glueless?

All closure units are 100% glueless. Frontal units may require adhesive over time as the elastic band naturally stretches.

7. Are your wigs human hair?

Yes, all wigs and bundles are made with 100% human hair.

8. Do your wigs come ready to wear?

Yes. Every wig is pre-plucked, bleached knots, washed, styled, and ready to wear.

9. How much are your wigs?

Visit the Custom Units page and select your preferred options for estimated pricing.

10. How many bundles do I need for a full install?

We recommend at least 3 bundles.

11. How often should I wash my wig?

Every 8–10 wears.

12. What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the error was on our end.
